My RLC-823a has started to stay black and white way too long. At 10am on a bright sunny day it is still black and white.

@user_672035022295050_672035022295050 Use the Window client and under Display click on Advanced and you should see the Black and While and color switching threshold. Set it to your desired value.

I've tried just about everything in settings, but nothing changes. Some days it's fine, then other days it's black and white till late morning, even though the other 11 camera's on the property switch to color soon as it gets daylight.

@user_672035022295050_672035022295050 if it is still under warranty ask for replacement. Create a ticket with Reolink support.

The other cams are of the same model? And I assume it is not placed in the shade? Can you swap position with another one?

Cameras rely on a photo sensor to determine when to change from daylight (color) to nighttime (black and white) mode.
It might be worth taking a few minutes to physically check that the front of the camera remains clear. The daylight sensor appears to be toward the bottom of the camera. Perhaps water has accumulated there are left residue?
