Reolink RLC-811A Factory Resetting Everytime It Rains

Has anyone had issues with their RLC-811A camera factory resetting anytime it rains? We installed 3 of these cameras and when it rains they all just go off line and start to reboot over and over. A day or so later they come back online and they are factory reset, we have to re enter passwords and camera names. We do have the cables hanging upside down and these are POE cameras outside of course. We have sealed the ethernet port with a ruberized outdoor tape as well as the factory seal, and taped up the 5.5x2.1mm female input since its not used because we use POE. We did not tape up the reset button but its hanging upside down.

@user_678187705987251_678187705987251 I've had all sorts of Reolink POE cameras connected to an NVR for the past 2 years and have run into the same type of issues. I do love them, but in the end and in my experience, all these issues come down to the connectors somehow getting water in them when it rains despite Reolink's waterproof caps. My advice is to go overboard waterproofing each connector, though the main culprit seems to be reset button.

@user_678187705987251_678187705987251 So moisture is getting inside the reset button and causing a short which results in firmware cyclic reloads. Protect this too.
