h264 player?

I have several RelLink 410 series with the SD cards. When I download the files from the camera it saves a *.h264 file which I can't play or convert to anything else. Any idea what I can do? If I record files to my local PC it saves a *.264 file. I can play and convert this with VLC media player but not the recorded *.h264 files on the 410 SD. If I rename the *.h264 to *.264 it won't work either.

Simply by updating the firmware will get you sorted out.

One other question. It seems like the recorded video on the 410 SD card is the sub stream and not the main stream. Any way to make this the main stream? I can't seem to find that setting. Thank you.
