Reolink RLC-410-5MP camera Cable damage

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me. Middle of an home extension project and the builder has cut through the main black cable that connects to the camera :(. Wondering where I can get a replacement for this cable and if someone has had any luck replacing this cable .

@vasanthkumar15_115466312192137 Darn it. Someone on Reolink Reddit showed how to replace the cable a while back but I don't recall how he got the extra cable. Contact Reolink support, they might sell you one. Is that a AI cam? If not you might want to just buy a new model that has people, vehicle detection which really helps reduce false alerts. When I upgrade to new models I keep my old cameras for parts.

@vasanthkumar15_115466312192137 This is a standard cable and you can buy from Ali Express. If you can unscrew the back and access the board then it is fairly easy.

Ensure you apply rubber gasket sealer.

Or else charge the builder and buy a better one
