I have a poe duo lens camera that has never quite worked correctly and now one of the lenses' quit working. I have swapped NVR ports, reset the camera, and tried it on another NVR and i get the same result. In all the camera lasted 4 months before this issue started, before that is was the flood light coming on and off whenever it felt like it no matter if there was motion or not.
@kevin_399645965463795 Did you protect the cable ends from moisture/water, put them in a junction box, inside wall or up in soffit, etc? This can cause problems. It's not very obvious but on page 7 of the Guide it says to protect the cable ends from moisture. But this may not be the problem. Contact Reolink support, start a ticket. They'll try to get the cam going then you can request a return or exchange since it should be under warranty a*suming you registered the cam when you bought it.
