I was wondering if I could get some additional assistance with setting up FTP. I read the guide but I'm still can't quite figure out how to get it to work. I have a windows 2012 server that I want to save the recordings to and 8 RLC 410 cameras. For the ftp tab under network advanced do I put the IP address of the Windows 2012 server I want to save the recordings on? How do I know which port number to put in?

Hi, I use Filezilla as the ftp server on an old windows vista machine.. works a treat,,

Here's how my reolink camera is setup to use it.. helps if the cameras and ftp server are on the same subnet..

        see how this goes..

        Cheers

I've downloaded it and left all the installation settings default. When I put in the server info for the Windows 2012 server that I'm on I get error connection to server lost. I put in the server's IP address and the log in password I use for it under the host and password settings.

              Hi,

Might worth give the "Transmission Mode" set to "PASV" and see.
