Hindsight 20 20. Really wish I'd researched better. Please do us all a favor reolink. Ungrade the firmware on our 410e models. We could have shopped anywhere else, but went with you because we thought we'd be supported after spending . Thank you. I'd really like to enjoy the v3 benefits of being able to use the two way audio I was sold on with the 823a poe unit. Didn't realize till now that it's not working.

@rywolf01_258009613922457 Contact Reolink support. Some users prefer an older firmware version. Reolink support will often email an older version to those who want it. I have a 823A. It works fine. When a camera does not work it could be numerous problems, the camera, the POE cable, the NVR or POE switch. Contact Reolink support, they will help you troubleshoot the problem. Reolink also has a support web site with lots of info. The 823A requires 25 watts, more than other POE cams. The 410e NVR should power it but may need a different firmware. NVR firmware needs to be download onto your computer, put on a memory stick, then put the memory stick into the NVR.

@rywolf01_258009613922457 It is rather difficult to continue upgrading old HW while at the same time keep pace with the new technology. This applies to all company in all sectors. We replace equipment costing millions of Euros every 5 years. Suppliers will not extend their support and you have no option other than replace. This is the real world we are living in.
