HI I JUST DID A CLIENT UPDATE AND THIS IS HOW MY CAMERA LOOKED BEFORE AND AFTER UPDATE.....BEFORE............AFTER.............ANYONE WANT TO EXPLAIN??? THANKSTHATS A 4K CAMERA BTW LOL. MY OTHER CAMERA IS NOW PIXELATED WITH THIS 8.5 UPDATE....I CANT EVEN GO BACK TO 8.4 BECAUSE ITS GONE :(...I HAD TO USE 7.2 WHICH IS ALOT OLDER BUT LES SECURE....MY PICTURES ARE WERE OKAY WITH 8.4 HELP PLEASE
Hi, I have the exact same issue where ALL 6 CAMERAS are now pixilated and every time I restart the app it needs to update again before it will even open anything. How do I go back to the old software please?30 min later and I have restarted my PC to try resolve the issue and now I have NO CONNECTION AT ALL to my system and am unable to view anything. I found 8.8.5 on my drive so uninstalled the new update and tried the old version and still no connection to my system.I have a second PC and the software on that one is 8.7 and that still works so thank you reolink for serving me un working software that has borked my whole system!!
@trelower2_471448109822110 I do not know as i can only find a really old one but its not secure and doesnt work properly. My security is a risk and no reply...and it is definately this software update :(... sorry i cant help
@trelower2_471448109822110 On the PC where you have re-installed the 8.8.5 try to delete the cameras and add them using the UID.
