Messages have already arrived that I've read that the new version 8.10.3 creates problems and I can't judge the new 4.37 android and ios as the download link is wrong as you download an incorrect version. But I say, how can you be so sloppy and unprofessional? To err is human, but if you repeat the mistakes it means that you have no respect for your customers! Your programs are for video surveillance and not for playing pacman! Take more developers, good ones and above all do more tests and stop producing new software versions full of problems. I take the opportunity to point out that a button with a camera icon to capture snapshots I think you should also insert it in the application's playback window to facilitate capturing and saving images. Just as you like to sell your products, we would like to be able to use them fully and without always having problems.
