Plastic bracket broken

My fairly new PoE DUO2 mount broke. The Plastic bracket cracked at the camera secure point and now has completely broken off. This has been up since i bought it, but today it started sagging and there you have it. Tonight it fell off. Please advise.

@user_694948938956947_694948938956947 Try to email support and see if they can order you one. When I got out my WIFI DUO 2 from the box and considering its weight and bulkiness I was expecting an aluminum support. In fact when it is windy (force 7) I see that the camera shakes a bit. Even the nut of its solar panel.......it shouldn't be plastic. It broke and I replaced it with a stainless one.
