Once in a while a cam will get condensation inside. It most often happens with temperature changes shortly after install. Users report after mounting the cam, in a couple days the condensation clears up, goes away. I've you've had the cam for a while the seal may have gone bad, the water will not go away. This does not happen very often. Contact Reolink support. If you bought the cam from them it has two yrs. warranty.

The camera is 6 months old. This problem appeared for 3 months and has not recovered. I opened it and it was full of water inside. You will realize that there was no camera to watch the planes, it was positioned correctly down.I bought from a store in another country. To be able to ship on my own money seems embarrassing to me. I am resigned! I think that Reolink still has a lot to learn! To sell an outdoor camera, I think the most important thing is to resist water! Looks like they totally failed! The components and the electronic board inside were corroded!

@user_695794891215069_695794891215069 Email them and give all the details supported by photos and they will surely replace if it is within the warranty period. Should be a defective seal.
