Preset camera view not saving.

I set a preset camera point, name it and confirm it.
Next time I use the Reolink app, the camera view has changed. I go to my preset point to return it to wanted position, focus etc. But the preset point is not there, older presets show instead.
This camera move/changes its position and is blurry, often. My other reolink cams ( different models) do not do this.
Any way to have preset point saved permanently and stop camera from moving by itself?

@busywork24_169237310456014 This is nearly 3 years old. Have you checked with Reolink support whether there had been a newer firmware? I have the first generation E1 OD and the guard point deviates every now and then and so I have to manually set it again. Reolink support notified about this hw (gears) problem.
