Reolink App v4.43 Released
I have a RLN8-410, works great. Got the RLN-36, updated the firmware and installed and formatted the Hard drive. But now the 36 won't find the cameras. Please [censored]ist.

They don't pick up and after they don't pick up they hang up... terrible customer service. Still not response from multiple emails and requests.Just terrible.
@rval17 I suggest you can try to call again. In my experience, the email reply is only at night time for us. But the call support is in the daytime, and you can try to call several times. BTW, did your camera work on the RLN8-410? Maybe you can check if you have configured the correct p[censored]word for the camera on the new NVR.
@carl_514791511724271 hi, yes the cameras all work for my RLN8-410. The RLN-36 ports do not light up at all.
Still waiting on a response from them.Funny when I had purchasing questions, I got responses within hours.
Update:Someone reached out to me with a non-reolink email.... highly suspicious.
Issue was resolved, they were trying to contact me but could not get through.The tech was polite and patient. She explained how to resolve the issue and was very professional.The issue was the cameras cannot be powered by the NVR. I read the description as they could. Alas, I was wrong. The PoE Switch is REQUIRED, to make the cameras work.Thank you Reolink
My system was working perfectly well until the automatic update. Now I cannot access any of the PoE cameras. Would be good to know what the solution was that Reolink supplied.
@user_634451444404343_634451444404343 Is your NVR connected to the internet? It may have updated, but you have to install the new firmware. Link: https://m.reolink.com/download-center/That might help. Hopefully.
