I bought a few RLC-823As a few months back and absolutely love them. I have one of them auto tracking (person) on my front porch and has been working flawless. Today, it seems to have stopped tracking as well (no changes had been made to the config). It isn't tracking people or bicycles as far away as it was. It only seems to track people that are close to the camera. I even went in and set the motion sensitivity to max and the person detection to max under Smart Detection. I have left the object size untouched. Was there a firmware upgrade lately that may have affected this? I noticed I have them set to auto update and was wondering.

@booth2_409818763895018 According to their Download site the lastest firmware is v.3.1.0.989_22051911 which is more than 1 year old. You can check your firmware from the info menu. Try to reboot it. I would still email Reolink support to see if there has been any newer firmware.

@joseph_1979 Thanks for the suggestions. After messing with it for a while with no improvement, I decided to "restore" to factory settings. I then configured it as it was previously - this has helped. it's responding better but still isn't working as it used to. Still working on it.
