8.10.4 No ptz controls for Trackmix poe

I have several trackmix poe ptz's at my house and they work fine on the new update (8.10.4) pc app. I am using both Windows 10 and 11 with zero issues. I recently installed 2 trackmix poe's at my brother's house and neither has ptz controls on the pc app (8.10.4). His PC is Windows 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. All ptz's have the latest firmware. Thanks in advance.

it appears to be a common issue for some.
please email support and lets hope they have a fix soon

@user_606336578228256_606336578228256 Can you try to delete the camera and add it again? I think if you move the mouse slowly at the bottom they might pop up. If still unable to get them back then install version 8.8.5 until it will be fixed.
