I have several Argus 3 Pro cameras. All the documentation says they are compatible to record events to the cloud. I have not been successful. Does anyone else experience this issue? Reolink support says they are not compatible but their documentation suggests otherwise.

@user_591802669494345_591802669494345 Yes you can add Argus 3 Pro to the cloud service. For the basic plan, only one camera can be bound to the cloud.

I just subscribed it for 3 cameras. It works to me. However, it's annoying. I got the notifications but when I clicked on the notification. It won't show the video straight away. I have to switch the camera video from the inbuilt storage to the cloud to be able to watch the video. It took some more time when you thought you have intruder.

I purchased an Argus 3 Pro for use in the US. I was not able to activate cloud services and was advised by Reolink Support that there is no cloud storage support for Argus 3 Pro in the US. I have not been able to determine which camera models do have cloud storage support in the US. Where can I find a list?

@user_713871212949686_713871212949686 Reolink sometimes changes what cams work with their cloud and it depends what country/region you are from. They used to offer more models for the cloud but I assume rising server costs may have made them reduce them. I don't want to use the cloud. Users can record to installed card in camera, send alerts to email. Wire powered cams support recording to NVR and using another cloud storage company with FTP but you have to learn how to use FTP. Here is link to their cloud and what cams work, but I don't know how updated it is:

@joseph_1979 Looks like your link shows different compatible cams for their cloud than the link I posted? Maybe Reolink needs to update these.
