    Low FPS night vision on RLC-810A

      I see there are two versions of RLC-810A, 2.8mm and 6mm. I have hardware version IPC_56064M8MP. I checked for updates; this has the latest firmware v3.1.0.1782_23021503 and there are no available updates on Reolink website.

      All my recorded night vision footage is 10 FPS even though I have set same FPS (25 FPS) in Agent DVR software, same network using ONVIF. When I view in Agent DVR I get 15-16 FPS max.

      Live and Record feed URL in Agent DVR are set to use the high quality 3840*2160 RTSP streams. I'm not using any of the on-camera surveillance features and running Agent DVR on a gaming laptop, so should have more than enough power to stream.

      Camera settings are:

      Clear
      Resolution 3840*2160
      Frame rate 25
      Max bitrate 6144

      Fluent
      640*360
      Max bitrate 256

      Frame Rate Mode Constant.

            @joseph_1979 I get the same performance. It around 15 FPS viewing normally and locked at 10 FPS when I press Record.

              @catfoodandchips_682864881844645 I just checked some high res clips captured last evening and the fps is in accordance to the one set in each camera. Models considered are RLC-511WA, E1 OD Pro, E1 Zoom Pro and TrackMix.

              Did you check that you have the newest firmware?

                @joseph_1979 I already checked. There are no available firmware updates for this hardware version of the camera.

                  @catfoodandchips_682864881844645 Email Reolink support citing your hw and sw version. Sometimes the website is not updated.

                  I think I have the same camera as you. I can't record anything 4K. It only records low quality clips.
