      when I open the reolink software on windwos the resolution starts as smooth while I would like it to always be set to sharp when it starts. How can I fix
      ?

          @wintellab2_685310783463432 According to your description you are logging from a network other than that of the cameras. In this case the view is always defaults to Fluent irrespective to what you have set it before. You can set it to CLEAR if and only if your PC and the camera are on the same network.

            Previously you declared that the non-memorization of the visual quality was a bug, among other things that dragged on for many versions. You have now changed the version saying that if the cameras are not on the same network, the setting will always be fluent when exiting the program and then re-entering it. The truth that Reolink does not listen to its customers and dictatorially decides and imposes the functions of the software as it sees fit. If I put a survey online on who wants the chosen quality to remain in memory, the results would prove me right. I personally don't like having to memorize quality every time. If someone does not have a fast line it will mean that they will set a fluent quality but otherwise it is right that it can be set fixed to clear.

            always set the maximum resolution when opening the software
