Greetings,

When I tried to sign into reolink.com, I got a message saying "Enter the 6-digit code that you see in the App", however, the app isn't showing a 6-digit code. I have the Google Play app, version 4.39.0.5.20230728.

How can I get the app to show me the two-factor authentication code?

@shane You need to install the microsoft or google authenticator on your smartphone so as to receive the 6 digit code. Login to your Reolink account and turn 2FA off and on again and start the procedure.
