      I downloaded the latest firmware for the DVR and Cameras to a USB drive. When I try installing the update via the DVR, I get an Update Fail message.

        Hi, what is the format of the file you upgrade for your camera? Is it pak.file?

          I worked with tech support and resolved the issue. I downloaded the wrong file for my system.
