disappointing thing in reolink doorbell

hi, i love the reolink products..... all my cams in my house and offfice are reolink all but one.... my doorbell, well it was... my old doorbell was a Laview One Halo(witch is a 4 year old and has the same specs as the reolink) was broken by some crazy guy so i had to buy a new doorbell and i say ok lets go for reolink doorbell wifi version
Its a good product dont getme wrong but.......... it over heat.... wich its crazy because it wont get any cool when i install it in the wall in front of my house and the sun rise in front of it and the street temp goes up arround 40C...
But whats really disappointing me it that it only have notifications.... really???? only a little tiny push notification? really???? every time someone ring it only sendme a lil notification, what happend if im driving or has my phone in my poket or in a noisy place, if i dont have the phone in my hand i will miss the notificacion.
My old doorbell app (One Halo)) ring on my phone everytime someone press the button on the doorbell, it use to ring like hell, the app use to auto open a preview screen with the button for answer the video call, like like when you recieve an incoming call whatsapp/FB messenger video call with preview video etc... so it doesnt matter if im driving, in a metting or i have the phone in my pocket its imposible to miss that kind of thing....
its really dissapoinging.... i miss my old doorbell

@ss4sgoku_239593250332868 I can fully understand you and we (customers) have been asking Reolink team to originate a VOIP call whenever the push button is pressed similar to what is being done by a number of competitors. They shall be implementing a different tone when the button is pressed but this is not what we are after. In a noisy environment or your phone is in the pocket a beep will not be sufficient.

Please submit a request to Reolink support to have VOIP call for the doorbell.

theres another thing that i miss when i wrote this post..... a ring registry i dont see any registry..... letme explain my old doorbell when someone ring on it take a picture and save it in my sd card so if for some kind of reason i dont see the person or miss the doorbell call i have a list with date, time, and a picture of everyone that ring that doorbell ..... its really really really disappointing that a doorbell 4 years old with the same specs was more usefull and reliable than this brand new.....
and before i forget the auto notifications doesnt work... i set up a custom audio notification and the thing doesnt work at all welll just one 2 days ago after almost 50 visitors ring on it.... and no its not my internet not my wifi or cable network ....
