I have a track.ix poe all and loving it. Last night the camera turned around little after midnight and stayed there all night till I had to manually use the app to reset the monitor point?

@issom what's happened is the camera's tracked something and blinded its self making it inoperative, the spotlights/ir reflected off the surface , goto alarm detection settings and set the horizontal tracking range so the camera doesnt do a full 355°

@issom I suggest you to download the recorded video in clear mode and forward it to Reolink support. I had one instant where my WIFI TrackMix faced the wall but since I have limited the horizontal range to 120 degrees (which is enough to where it is installed) it didn't happen again. However, I have asked Reolink to improve the night detection as somethings it detects person and there is no person at all. Then I shaded an area leading to the stairs and the false alerts stopped.
