Server Error submitting Feedback from Windows Client v8.14

Feedback in Client does not work: "Server Error". I just tried using the feedback button after upgrading to the new 8.14 Windows client. After filling in the form fields, checking the checkbox and pressing Submit, I got "Server Error".
