Any solution to Camera disconnected, using PoE of correct specs, camera connects power wise i.e. infra-red on etc., but no data at all, tried different ethernet cables even a new PoE. This is just a last try before returning to Amazon.

@user_757956322103537_757956322103537 Does the camera a normal start-up? (panning and tilting when connecting to power or PoE?) Can you ping the camera? Which firmware version do you use?

I get connected, then a few hours later the camera disconnects and just keeps trying to reconnect. Eventually it connects. Once I noticed it connected to the default IP 192.168.0.xx, every other connecting connects to 10.0.0.200, which is what I set up in the setting along with the same settings in the router as a static IP.
I keep leaning towards an IP conflict but I have this set to a static IP in the router. Sometimes it disconnects when I Pan, other times it just randomly disconnects.
Tried three different POE adaptors that meet all the required specs, all other cameras work well with said POE injectors.
I wish it would just die so I can move on, I've spent way too many hours trying to figure this out. -
@user_757956322103537_757956322103537 Originally I had a similar problem, turned out to be a confilct with the IP address, I set a static IP appress in the router and the same IP address in the Reolink app, worked great for about a month, then the problem came back and it randomly disconnects every day or two. I can't go 24 hours without it disconnecting. I wish I bought mine from Amazon so I could have returned. I got mine direct from Reolink and to return it I have to pay shipping and that gets me exchange only.

I have the same problem with the same camera, direct power not Poe.
ive had the camera 8 weeks connected to Synology NAS, all works well until a couple of weeks ago when it was disconnected and was hunting and beeped about every 30 secs.
nothing worked, rebooted camera, router and NAS but after a couple hours it reconnected having changed nothing!
all worked well again until this morning - all the same symptoms - disconnected
took a video of its activity:
0-25 secs random Hunting around then stops
26 secs beeps and stays still until
42 secs starts random hunting again
59 secs stops
60 secs beeps again and continues the cycle
