Reolink App v4.41 Released
I upgraded to 8.14.0 from 8.8.5 and now I have no sound in the client. What could be wrong? I have an Intel NUC i9 Extreme (NUC13RNGi9) with all updates.
@arterton_377256427802856 Can you disable hardware acceleration from main menu? Another attempt would be to add DirectX redist. Else reach out Reolink support.
@joseph_1979 I have toggled hardware acceleration, rebooted, etc. with no improvement. Don't the Techs at Reolink read these posts?
8.14.0 produces sound on my Windows 11 (Home) Client.
@crimp-on_62210811129 I just installed the 8.14.2 version and STILL NO SOUND.
