Can I know what kind of activities for "Normal" mode will get triggered?

Sorry for not being clear. I have attached the screenshot of what I am trying to ask.
Basically, it's those legends down there, "Normal", "Motino", and "None".

Hi,
If you choose "Normal", it will upload to your FTP station constantly and at the interval you set.
If you choose "Motion", it will only upload to your FTP station when motion is detected by the camera.
That's the difference.
