Cannot get camera to be detected or add manually

Hi, setup a new Argus camera no problem with app, I cannot get the camera to be detected or added manually into the client software, on clicking search it isn't displayed or if I add manually it says login failed. I can ping the cameras IP address and know IP is correct as I have set a reservation on the router. I have tried windows 10 and windows 7 and still same issue, I also reset to defaults and set back up.
Any ideas ?

For now, Reolink Argus cameras can only be added to Reolink App. It's not supported to add them to the Client software (Windows, Mac OS) or web browser or third-party surveillance softwares, which may be supported in the future.
