Hi everyone,When I try to access the camera settings - little gear under 'device list' - some items won't fill in and just display a screen with the option choices but the current settings are not updating and are blank. If I restart the client I can usually see the missing settings but after a short time, the problem starts again. I've noticed this when I try to see 'encode' or 'general' choices. As a consequence, I have to keep closing and reopening the client. Anyone else experiencing this or know of a solution?reolink-options.jpg

Ive noticed the Zoom and Focus adjustment under PTZ will disappear.
Hi communities,Please note that this is a sign of poor network connection. When this problem comes, the settings or options will not load or display because it times out accessing the settings from the camera end. That's why it sometimes works when you reboot the software & try again (sending a new request to acquire settings). Please check your network, and connect the computer to the router by cable if possible.
I would beg to differ that it is always network connection issue. When connected to the same wired connection the settings don't always load for me. When that happens, I must close and open the application a few times sometimes to get them to load. Everything else will work flawlessly, to include live streaming and playback. If it were a network connection issue, then those wouldn't happen.
Dear jworrin,Will installing the software into a different disk and path be any different?
