I can view when my reolink Argus is on my home wifi network, but if I am outside of my wifi network the camera will not connect, doesnt matter if I am on wifi or not. Kind of useless product if I cant use my camera remotely. Anyone have the same issue and able to solve? Thank you.

Seems like you are talking about using the smartphone app (not the client software).
Yes. Lots of us are having the same/similar issue.
I did contact support and am waiting for answer
And yes talking about the app, the client software is impossible to set up, no clear directions so can’t use that either
