I have Reolink Client Windows v7.2.2.20 running without issues on an x64 Aspire Revo PC with Windows 7. On my other PC with Windows 10 I have installed Reolink Client Windows v7.2.2.33-x64. Although I can access the cameras, I have no Live View with that client. I uninstalled v7.2.2.33-x64 on the Windows 10 PC and installed the old version v7.2.2.20. It runs and can display Live View without any issues - the same as on the Windows 7 PC. What's wrong with v7.2.2.33-x64 on Windows 10?As an experiment, I uninstalled v7.2.2.20 from the Windows 7 PC and installed the new version v7.2.2.33-x64. Surprisingly, it runs fine on the Windows 7 PC but not the Windows 10.

After following advice to update the Intel HD4400 graphics driver, Reolink Client v7.2.2.33-x64 is now working properly and I am able to see Live View.Thank you April and Justina at Reolink Support!
