      I have Reolink software installed on two phones, 3 tablets, and one computer.
      I have two computers on my network.
      The second computer installs the software but will not login. (times out)
      Both computers are Windows 10. I have tried stopping the firewall and antivirus.
      Bottom line is it just won't "run".....any ideas what to try next?
      The software version is V7.2.2.33 Thanks for any suggestions.

        Is the Windows software being used to display a Reolink NVR or individual Reolink cameras?

              This is only a guess, but maybe the NVR accepts only one connection at a time, or has a maximum number of simultaneous connections?
              (I don't have an NVR, so I cannot experiment.)

                  Crimp On, the computers are hooked up to my router via ethernet cables, if
                  that makes a difference, Thank You for your thoughts.

                    How computers connect to the NVR should not matter. I have searched (in vain) for a User Manual for Reolink NVR's. I was hoping to find a reference spelling out how many "clients" could attach to one NVR at a time. Did a user manual come in the box with it?

                      I'm surprised to find that I can't locate any manual or install instructions of any kind.
                      I have had this system for so long that I don't recall if there ever was such a thing....
                      maybe online instructions (at the time)? The cat5 cable connection (labeled LAN) on the
                      back of the NVR goes to the router, along with both PC's.

                      At any rate, I can view the cameras on other devices so I am abandoning trying to view the cameras
                      on a 2nd home computer. I can live with the current setup. I appreciate all your help.

                        You can visit our official website, find out the corresponding product and then confirm the Maximum User Access data in the specification table. For example, the maximum user quantity of RLK8-410B4 is 20 users. If you fail to access your system via your other computers, I suggest you contact support@reolink.com for help.
