Hi all, just be careful with the new new reolink client. the latest version which is due to be released hopefully soon currently has a trojan with it. Reolink are looking to remove this so do not install v4

Hi, Yes same thing here. Got warned about same Trojan with this beta Windows client. Also informed support.

Hi, please don't worry, that'a false detection of the Windows Defender. We have contacted Microsoft to remove that false detection. You may update the malware definitions of your Windows, then that file won't be detected as Trojan file.
Also, please recover that file if it has already been limited by Windows Defender, otherwise, the Reolink Client can't be launched properly.
And I have attached the reply from Microsoft, you can follow the provided steps to update the malware definitions.
