Thanks.Yes, I finally found it.The button on the Timeline Playback window that pops up. I do still have one request about this pop-up timeline window:I do VERY much wish, you could stretch the size of this to make it bigger.Perhaps, a control at the lower right-hand corner to stretch the size of this timeline control panel-window.Thank you
True, the Timeline Window does not "stretch". HOWEVER,When I use the mouse "scroll wheel" (between the left and right buttons), the scale of the timeline changes. It starts out showing 24 hours, and will expand to the point that the entire window shows only 10 minutes. Grab the grey bar at the top to move the display left and right. So, if there are a lot of recordings that "run together", just change the time scale and then move to the bunch that you want to select from.Maybe when the Beta "goes into production", there will be a User Guide explaining all these features.
p.s. I see no obvious reason why the Timeline window could not stretch like the main windows does.
I must issue a correction.I've just downloaded the latest version, and when I put my mouse pointer a few millimetres away from the right hand side of the floating timeline window, and hold the left mouse button, I can now stretch this window out length wise.Which is great.I will admit, I'd also like to be able to stretch the height, but this is good
OK. If you have any further questions, please let us know. We will try our best to help you. Have a nice day.
How do you playback more than 1 channel at a time?
Please double click the windows and then drag the channel to the windows.playback.png
beta 8.1.20, E1 PRO, Fw v3.0.0.116_20110204, when i click to Network => Loading failed. On my other RLC-410-5MP no problem.I am in Europe and how i change the NTSC to PAL ? i can not find nowhere this, on older FW was no problem but now on v3.0.0.116_20103100 not in the app not in the web.
Thank you very much for your feedback. Could you please submit this problem to https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new? We will help you accordingly.
2 things I can't find in 8.1.20 is a way to set the H.264 Profile (this one is pretty important for some uses) and the performance tab that shows cpu, bitrate, and network througput.
Hello, the H.264 profile is set as baseline. And for how to find the bitrate, please refer to the attached picture. QQ图片20201121182316.png
I believe the question was about those icons in the upper right of the client window that show the CPU loading, Network throughput (bitrate), memory loading, etc. (see attached).Setting the H.264 bitrate as "baseline" removes the choice to have "main" or "high", correct?Did the engineers give an explanation for why those options are no longer available to users?status.jpgH264.jpg
Just tried to download a 30 min section using the new app and got this error. Is this normal, and it's just because it's a beta? The folder does exist at the location shown.
It might worth a minute to (a) try to download a short video, and (b) bring up the Properties->Security tab and verify that the user running Reolink Client has write permission on that folder.I do not have a NVR, so I cannot duplicate the problem. (All my cameras record to SD Card and the videos are only motion and thus less than a minute.)
While trying to duplicate the "save problem", I realized that my FTP disk was no longer on-line, which is also where I keep daily backups of my "C Drive". (damn, and double damn). After reformatting and setting the disk up again, I checked the Reolink Windows Beta Client. FTP is now under "Surveillance" rather than network (which seems like a better place). BUT... the old version has a button to "Test" the FTP parameters, and the Beta version does not. Hmmm. Maybe it checks automatically when trying to "save" the FTP settings? Or... What?
We have released the official version, please download it for a try: https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/
Thanks for the link.I downloaded the version from your link and it made no difference.I think I may have found the issue though. It does not like spaces in Filenames."E:\Reolink\NVR Downloads" Does not work and it puts up the error box saying No Write Permission."E:\Reolink\NVR-Downloads" Does work.So that does seem like it's the problem. Perhaps this can be fixed at some point?
We will forward your feedback to the R&D team. If you still have questions, please contact support@reolink.com for help.
May I put in a request, which I would imagine every single user wants. The Reolink Clients remembers the size of the window.Every time I run it, it's small on my monitor screen.I drag it to the size I want and use it.The next day I run it again, and it;s back to being small again.
I have my client set to open as maximized so its always full monitor. In Windows right click the Reolink shortcut icon, Properties, Shortcut Tab, Run -> Set to maximized.
