No Playback with NVR

Hello Guys,
i am trying to playback my records from the NVR system.
i have 4 cameras connected. Live-playback works very well with the client, but the records doesn't showed up.
the records could be playback with the mobile app. There is everthing fine.

here is a screenshot from my system (Client V.8.2.6 / NVR RLN8-410-E/H3MB16 V. 2.0.0.274_20120701 )

hope someone can help me.

Are you dragging a camera from the left, to the center ?
I say that because I (using the google translate app), see that window says "No Camera".
Once the camera is dragged over, the Playback window will populate.
You will even see the calendar showing blue dots under the days that have recordings.

hi Christopher! Yes, you will need to drag the nvr to the right side first. you can check the video I send to see how to do that.

Okay thats works, but only for 1 camera in the NVR.
How can i playback 4 cameras (in NVR) at the same time?

Just double click in the center area (same place you drag the cameras to), that will show 1 or 4 camera spots.
If 1 spot shows, then double click the center again. 4 spots should show then.
Then instead of dragging a camera over, you drag the NVR over. All 4 cameras will show.
I see in the picture, that you already have 4 spots. So then just drag over the NVR to any one of the 4 spaces.
And all 4 cameras will show.
