Duo 2 Download corrupt?

When I download from Duo 2, I can watch the video from the downloaded file, BUT when I try to share it or import it into an editor, it is corrupt.

• This happens with both my Duo 2 cameras; I have several other reolink cameras, and they all export/import fine in my editor.
• This happens when I download from the camera sd card or from the nvr.
• It happens when downloading via either the reolink client on my pc or through the android app.
• Firmware: v3.0.0.1889_23031700

Any ideas?

@tonyjibster_761704777846935 I just downloaded a clip in both clear and fluent mode from my DUO 2 WIFI and was able to watch them without any issue.

Suggestions:

1. Reboot camera and download a clip in both modes.
2. Try to format SD and check again. Ensure you have a high endurance SD.

@joseph_1979 I appreciate the response. I can watch the downloaded mp4 with no problem, but when I try to edit the mp4,it or send it as an attachment, it shows as corrupt.

I rechecked firmware on my Duo 2s and NVR and everything is up to date. I rebooted both cameras and the nvr, but I still cannot edit the videos or share them.

Since it happens on both of my Duo 2s and non of my other cameras, I am thinking it has something to do with the stitched view.

@tonyjibster_761704777846935 I never tried to edit any of the downloaded mp4. I will try and let you know. It could be a header issue or end of file.
