      Hello,

      I have the RLC-410S and I am facing some issues,

      when I live view through the Android App on my Samsung S8+ the image is fine and if someone walks past the camera i can view it smoothly..

      However when I try to watch playbacks from the recording on the SD Card it lags really badly, say for example I walk past the camera slowly the playback will show like i am jumping from one point to another it is not smooth..

      However if I watch the same recording on my PC or an iPad with the iOS app, then the recording is fine and shows me slowly walking and you can see every movement.

      Can anyone please assist? I also have the new RLC-422W , but have not set it up yet, I would really love for someone to assist me on getting the playback working properly on my android app..

        Please do not worry. There is nothing wrong with the camera or the App. It is how the App works. For Android phone Reolink App, it will only play key frames when viewing in Clear mode. The key frames are 1 for every two second. That's out of consideration of some Android devices have some issues with decoding full-frame 1440P hight-resolution videos. If you need to watch carefully the clip, please download it to your phone and play it with "MX Player".
