      I purchased the RLK4 210WB4 and I installed it without a problem. My wife and I downloaddd the app and were able to view all 4 cameras with no problem. Last night we started to get the connection failed when we tried to check our cameras on the app. I have reset the nvr, I have reset the modem, I have reset the app and reinstalled it. All the cameras have power. I can watch the cameras on my tv (HDMI) but cannot remote in on the app anymore. I tried contacted technical support with no luck. Can anyone here help me.

          I have the same issue, I notice that if my phone is connected to the WIFI at home, the Connection Fail issue significantly reduce, as oppose to when I try to remotely connect to the camera using phone carrier internet or outside of the house. The issue can be worked around (for now) by keep trying to connect to the cameras, and eventually, it will go through even though a large chunk of phone battery will be gone due to it keeps trying to connect.

              My app is doing the same thing. I can connect while on wifi. But if I use my cell network data it will say failed. I changed my cell phone carrier because I thought it was them. Nope. New cell phone carrier and still not working. It only works while on wifi. Not good!
