      Hi Andy,

      After updating the firmware, I found it was best to delete the existing camera from the mobile app and add it again like it was a new camera.

        After the success of the new firmware on the RLC-411WS and C1 Pro, I decided to buy a RLC-422W.
        After updating the firmware on the RLC-422W it can also connect and stream using 4G/LTE.

            I just updated my firmware with the beta, and now my nvr reboots every hour or so, but on the other hand it seems that I can remotely connect to my cameras now

              I was having remote connection problems too, upgraded nvr/camera firmware and after a little tinkering with a few settings everything is working great.
              The UI is a little klunky and hard to get around in, but once you find your way and get past the bugs it seems to work,
              I am new to security camera systems but not to computers and I am not afraid to admit that there was a rather steep learning curve to get everything working to my liking, ymmv...

                When can we expect an official firmware to work with 3G/4G and the iOS App as well as with the desktop software?

                  The firmwares are ready. But we have to wait for the launch of Reolink Mac Client. Then we will official release the firmwares. You can contact us for the needed firmware please.

                    I tried the beta firmware and it allowed me to connect with 4g lte but it removed the playback button from my rlc-410s. I went back to the latest official firmware and got the playback button back but now I can't connect via 4g lte.

                      I would try the upgrade again, I had to do it twice before it worked for me.

                        I have RLC-410.
                        I am not able to connect in the reolink app with the 3G / 4G mobile network.
                        My camera has firmware V2.0.0889_17083001.
                        Should I update with firmware of your site that is 1288_18020701 to solve my problem?

                          Yes, it's a must. After the upgrade is done, you should have no problem no more.

                            After updating the firmware and reinstalling the camera in the app, the problem remains.
                            I also reinstalled the app on my phone (android 6.0.1)

                                      Is the beta still available? I'm having trouble connecting my iOS app over LTE/3G/4G. I've updated the firmware on my NVR, updated my iOS app, and have logged tickets with Reolink but no real solution.
