Every PC client release is getting worse. Why can't Reolink focus on PC client software stability and functionality? stop adding new features and redesigning the GUI.
@tussockland_796377221558434 Try 8.17.6https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/
@joseph_1979 I recovered by reset doorbell to default, now notification is working. Thanks.
@joseph_1979 Ok, turned on but getting zero notifications. I had no problem with notification before this update...
I don't see "push notification" option in App 4.43. How do you get it enabled?
@nomahisssss_477125106348271 You will need to contact Reolink support. I don't understand why they hide the older versions.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 If you are using UID to connect you must go through Reolink servers which will limit your bandwidth and may force fluent stream. I bypassed Reolink servers by switching off UID and using the DDNS service feature in my router to directly connect to the cameras.
I hope they fixed all the issues with the last 8.14 release. I'm going to wait and see...
The only Windows PC client that will remember the single camera "clear" streaming setting is 8.8.2. 8.8.5 and higher will default to fluent and balanced, depends on the camera model, after going from multi channel to single view.Is Reolink aware of this problem?EDIT: UID is disabled, I connect directly via IP:PORT#

By using DDNS you bypass Reolink servers that cause the freeze. This is how I solved this problem.
