Every PC client release is getting worse. Why can't Reolink focus on PC client software stability and functionality? stop adding new features and redesigning the GUI.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 If you are using UID to connect you must go through Reolink servers which will limit your bandwidth and may force fluent stream. I bypa*sed Reolink servers by switching off UID and using the DDNS service feature in my router to directly connect to the cameras.
I hope they fixed all the issues with the last 8.14 release. I'm going to wait and see...
The only Windows PC client that will remember the single camera "clear" streaming setting is 8.8.2. 8.8.5 and higher will default to fluent and balanced, depends on the camera model, after going from multi channel to single view.Is Reolink aware of this problem?EDIT: UID is disabled, I connect directly via IP:PORT#
By using DDNS you bypa*s Reolink servers that cause the freeze. This is how I solved this problem.
My internet speed is 100Mbps upload and 100Mbps download so I would except to have smooth live view.
As I said, iPhone and the Windows machine are using SAME router/network. iPhone client is working well but PC client is always freezes/disconnect.
It's a group of individual Reolink cameras on a different network than the Windows machine.
I have smooth live view and playback on my iPhone however, using Windows 10 with the latest version of Reolink software 8.2.6 I get freezes trying to live view or playback. Why?
