@joseph_1979 I can’t reply for some reason ?
I'm not sure what is wrong but prior to a recent firmware my battery doorbell was set to record 15 seconds of video once the doorbell has been pressed, and it was always 15 seconds long, now since the recent update it records for at least 1 minute or longer, even though it's still set to 15 seconds. I'm not sure if this power plan option was there before, this was set to high performance mode, so it might be new, so as I turn off pir anyway as I only record once the doorbell is pressed this changed the power plan to custom.If I set it to balanced mode it turns the pir back on, so I put it back to custom.From new the battery lasted nearly 4 months before asking for a charge, now with this issue it's going be a lot less.Why would it be recording for so long now?
@joseph_1979 I don't see any new update, only the previous one from 6th Aug?
Just got the new Reolink battery doorbell and charged it up to 100%, the status light was supposed to change to green but it stayed on Orange. I fiited it yesterday and now it still says battery is at 100% so it's not changing at all.
@corky_737880191164642 looks like it relates to when I set up a push notification, then it always fails, if I select any of the other option it then works fine.Just to clarify I can add and save a scene fine on the E1 Zoom but when I select the scene it fails, only for push notifications.
I went to add my home and away scenes to the Reolink app but for some reason it keeps failing with the E1 Zoom camera, but my CX410 adds just fine ?I unplugged the E1 Zoom and back in again but I get the same issue.i did recently upgrade it to the latest firmware, so not sure if that caused it.Any ideas how to resolve it please.
@joseph_1979 definitely I agree.
@user_759604467699859_759604467699859in the end all I was offered was £20 off the camera, as there does not look like there will be a fix, so will put up with it until a better model comes out with a working mic.
@joseph_1979 yeh I tested the zoom now and agree the cx410 is worse.
@joseph_1979 ok well that’s a shame as I have just purchased the E1 Zoom as well, and not tested the mic as yet. It’s quite worrying considering how much they cost.my cheap blink camera has a better mic surly they have to address this issue otherwise it’s not fit for purpose ?
