Yes, it happens to both clients.I will contact support. thx
Hello, during the last months I face some random black screens with my E1.When I connect through mobile or the client, I see only black screen (time & camera-name are there).A few times the problem is solved with a camera reboot. But not always.I tried to do a firmware upgrade, but I have the latest version. So, I couldn't upgrade.Any other ideas? Could it be a hardware issue?
@jedi2020_32727772450952 The option exists only to the Desktop App and not in mobile!!thx a lot
Is it possible to record on the microSD only when a person or Vehicle is detected? At the moment this option is only available on Push notification.I assume that all alerts are uploaded to the cloud and then filtered there before sending the push notification
When I disable camera monitoring, I want the cameras to look elsewhere. When I activate monitoring/alering to turn automatically and look at a specific point
Yes. I have enabled to save to microsd when motion is detected. Then I trigger it (by moving in front of the camera)If I use my mobile I can see what is recorded. However, when I access the camera through the windows application I see nothing!!!
I have a RLC-520 and Reolink client 8.1.20.When the camera is detecting motion, its configured to record video in the microsd. How can I see which videos where recorded during a specific date in the past? This guide: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003452213-Playback-Download-Recordings-via-Reolink-Client-Windows- is not working. Although I manually trigger motion detection nothing appears when I click Playback.
32GB cards work fine, they can be easily formatted as fat32 through windows 10.64GB cards cannot be formatted as FAT32As you said the camera supports only 32GB cards.Thank youBest Regards
I am using Kingston Endurance 64Gb.Is the camera supporting xfat or only fat32 ?Windows 10 does not have an option to format 64GB card as fat32
I think E1 and RLC-520 models both support up to 32GB cards. 64 GB cards are not supported at all.
Probably the site must be updated or be more clear: https:// reolink.com/product/rlc-520/rc-520.jpg64gb-two.jpg
