We will fix the issue in the next official APP. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi all, our team has found the issue. It is the problem of the DST. If there is one hour behind on the time, for the Android APP, you can download this APP version to sync with your time again. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bkUdN0oEsu1UnDtvDCxViAJHn2Q8O42d/view?usp=sharingWelcome any feedback from you if you have installed the APP.
@Chris GeorgievThere is no attachment in your post. And I have seen that your NVR is not at the latest firmware version. You can try to upgrade your camera. This is a download site, https://reolink.com/download-center/.Please upgrade your camera according to your NVR model and hardware version. When you click the firmware version block, you will see the different versions for the different hardware version.
@Crimp OnThe Client doesn't show the latest version because the 8.3.2 Client is still on test. We will collect the feedback from our customer and we will make it better. Then we will push the latest version to the user end. Thank you for your understanding.
This article contains the old version, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012466173-All-Reolink-Client-Versions. You can find what you want.
Thank you for your suggestion. We have recorded your suggestion and forward it to the team.

Can you tell me what's the specific problem?Thank you for reporting the problem to us. We will check according to your feedback. If you can provide more details for us, it will be appreciated.
Thank you for your suggestions. And in the next version of Client, we will have an AI filter function to filter the person/vehicle/any motion/pet.

RLC-510wa is a wifi camera. So it is not PoE and it can be just powered by DC power.
@family You can go to our download center to find the firmware according to your camera model and hardware version, https://reolink.com/us/download-center/.Note: You can click the firmware version block, then you will see the firmware list.
The NVR needs to work in LAN. So you need to run direct lines for each back to the NVR.
Hi there, if you click the icon at the left bottom of the playback page in the APP, you can choose only the alarm video. In the Window Client, when you go to the playback page, you will see the grey block and the blue block. The blue block means that it is the motion video.
Hi there, you can add the camera in LAN. This is the guide for you. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039202054-How-to-Find-the-UID-Number-If-the-UID-Sticker-on-the-Camera-is-LostIf you have added the camera to the APP, you can just click to share the camera and store the QR code on your phone. Please follow the steps in this article, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006916814.
Hi there, the camera can just work with the NVR.If you want to view it on the web, you can just connect the NVR and the camera will show under the NVR. It can just not support connecting as a standalone camera on the browser. The basic function of the RLC-820A in the NVR kit is the same as the standalone RLC-820A. The RLC-820A in the NVR kit doesn't support ONVIF. But it is the same as the above method, you can add the NVR to the third-party software.
Hi mdunning, the Argus 3 pro doesn't support pre-record when it is at standby mode. If it is activated, it supports pre-record.
Hi family,The E1 Outdoor supports RTSP. But we suggest using the E1 Outdoor to our Reolink NVR. Because the third-party NVR may cause some compatibility problems.
Hi there, the IOS has some limits when using the web browser viewing. The Android phone can view that normally. We have passed this to our R&D team to look at the issue. You can try to view it on the computer web interface or use the App now.
Thank you for your test. For pause live mode, when you click the right mouse button, you can choose to close the live view. Is this the function you want? For the network connection drop, we are fixing a connecting issue of the Client now. We will try to make it better.
