Hi, except for the appearance, the viewing angle of the bullet and the dome cameras are also different. You may go to this website to compare the differences between them: https://reolink.com/comparison/#poeAnd you may mount the camera vertically, but it's suggested to mount it horizontally. Thanks!
hello,If you checked the "Update configurations”, the NVR will come back to the factory settings. If you don't want it to do that, you just need to not check the "Update configurations”.
Thank you for bring it up. Once we have any update, we will tell you.
The Argus 3 use the PIR sensor to detect movement, the changing in temperature will trigger the alarm. The moving leaves and water will reflect lights and cause a change in temperature. For the false alarm issue, please contact our support team at support@reolink.com, to see if they can provide you with a better solution.
hi Paul Please kindly understand that we tested the client before release it, this is a rare issue so we need our engineer to work on it further.I'm sorry that I asked you to contact our support because they can discuss the problem with our engineer together and give you feedback directly. Would you mind submitting an email with a video attached to show the problem and the support will forward it directly to our engineer to follow up on the issue for you?
Thank you very much for your suggestion, we will forward to our R&D team. They'll see whether we receive similar feedback and put it into schedule. It will take time to evaluate the request and to implement it.
Please note that if you only enable smart detection, day/night mode switching will not trigger the person/vehicle alarm. If you only turn on the person/vehicle alarm and still receive the alarm caused by the change of light, please report this problem to:https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hi Rauno, appreciate your feedback on the API, it is collected into our suggestion box, thank you!
Thanks for your feedback! Your request has been collected. Engineering is reviewing the feasibility of implementing this idea. Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. We will take your request seriously and work hard to make our products better~

Hi there, we don't support this function now. We have recorded down and passed it to the team.
Hi,Thank you very much for your test! Currently, our camera only supports Google Home and Alexa. We have not been tested for compatibility with Homekit. But we will collect customers’ needs and forward them to R&D team and let them arrange the plan in time!
Hello Customer, for now, most of the Reolink cameras can support the Google Home and Alexa, surely we will make it compatible with IFTTT, please stay tuned!
Really sorry that our camera doesn't support that function at present, but that's a good idea and we will consider developing such function in the future.
Hi there, the common user could only access the live view and the recordings, but sorry that the NVR system does not support set the permissions currently, we will feedback to the R&D team to see if we could improve in the future though.
Dear All, Sorry for any inconvenience caused. I will submit this requirement and hope it will be added soon. Thanks for your support of our product. Have a nice day.
Hi, thanks for your suggestion. We'd like to forward it to our senior engineer for future improvement. They will develop new firmware to fix the false alarms caused by the day-night mode change. Please feel free to let us know for any further suggestions.
Yes, you are right. The cameras will record to both NVR and SD card at the same time. Motion videos only stored on SD card and 24/7 on NVR. And that will not slow down processor because the storage process is mutually independent.
