hello,If you checked the "Update configurations”, the NVR will come back to the factory settings.If you don't want it to do that, you just need to not check the "Update configurations”.
The Argus 3 use the PIR sensor to detect movement, the changing in temperature will trigger the alarm. The moving leaves and water will reflect lights and cause a change in temperature. For the false alarm issue, please contact our support team at support@reolink.com, to see if they can provide you with a better solution.

Please note that if you only enable smart detection, day/night mode switching will not trigger the person/vehicle alarm. Hi,Thank you very much for your test! Currently, our camera only supports Google Home and Alexa. We have not been tested for compatibility with Homekit. But we will collect customers’ needs and forward them to R&D team and let them arrange the plan in time!
Really sorry that our camera doesn't support that function at present, but that's a good idea and we will consider developing such function in the future.

Hi there, the common user could only access the live view and the recordings, but sorry that the NVR system does not support set the permissions currently, we will feedback to the R&D team to see if we could improve in the future though.
