@joseph_1979 ok. It’ll be good that Reolink let a message if the firmware is buggy. No indication’s about that.

@joseph_1979 ask too myself and Reolink don’t want to send the firmware. It say that devs work on a new firmware and need some test. They didn’t want to tell why. Strange and stupid. Definitely not a good experience of Reolink for me.

I notice to the support that RLC823A firmware can't see in Download section. It's tooo bad to do this....

Since last updated in iOS, I get a beta option call "Mouvement Indication" that indicate what object move.
Seems to be enabled only in one of my two cameras on RLC823A
Did you see the same thing ?

Ah to continue. Firmware of RLC823A not found when try to download last firmware. Support told me that it will update the page when the new firmware ll'be out...

I would like to talk about the support Reolink.
Since first problem, Reolink don't resolve any issue that came from me :

• Notification still in English in the phone APP, this is a problem regarding push notification. This is not good for end-user like my wife.
• Problems with detection when rains and car is in the camera, it create a fake new detection and Reolink just tell me to paint the area for won't detect. This is a huge security for an entreprise to write this
• Camera not respect the size of detection when it set in the motion setting. For example it detect a horse like a human that is small than the detection that I've set when using patrol. Reolink reply to stop patrol before patrol to the left of my house

The only thing that Reolink reply to this is to sent a reduction to buy a new camera. Please STOP and ear end-user please! This is not a good pratice.

I mentionned the problem of sync audio/video, is not fix in this beta. Since install the beta firmware 10hours ago, the audio has a lag of 10secondes with the video. Increase until reboot the camera.

@Reolink-Lorenz auto focus is fast. But I mentionned to your support a problem using Synology NVR. The sound out of phase from streaming.
The guy send me a custom firmware and it's ok now. But using your beta FW, the probleam appear again.
I hope that will fix in the next release with those improuvments.

@reolink-lorenz Wow, tested 2min after updated, the auto focus is very fast compared to last version. The feature which continue patrol after autotracking is in this beta ?

Why Reolink didn't implement option to backup configuration of cameras ?
I spent 1 hour to reconfigure my camera after an RMA. It's very strange regarding the choice of Reolink...

While discuss with support last week, it told me that the option to continue patrol after tracking should be added in near future.
So keep an eye to the update page
