Can't wait for the Android version!

Maybe something to consider: everytime i change the screen in the app, i have to put it manually to 5 mp.
It woud be nice if it stay at the same and not have to change it all the time.

I can't find anything about the Pet Detection.

About the spotlight in general.
It could be nice if there was a number when you try to settle the spotlight sharpness.
With the slide system it's difficult to get it back excaclly where i want it.

I have already trouble with installing the new app version.
Should i delete the old version first and then instal new one?
I have done this and it still shows 4.28.0.8. Version.

1. Which app version you are using?
2. Are you downloading videos from the playback page or downloading the videos by manually recording?
3. Have you upgraded your cameras with the latest firmware?

3. Yes i have the latest firmware.

I have a Samsung telephone with Android.

When i download a recording to my phone to save it i can't watch it.
The file is broken and can not be watched. I have enclosed a picture of the file.
It says videocodec not supported.
On my tablet everything works fine.

I am new at this Community and i have some questions.

I have these 2 camera's.
The firmware for the 511WA i updated yesterday and what a relief,
I have a lot less false alarms now!

But with the 523WA it is terrible, when it rains i have false alarms all the time.
Any idea when there will be new firmware for the 523WA?
This camera is more expensive than the 511WA, but it works a lot less good.
