When I first purchased the PoE doorbell, I used an SD card for storage until I could get the NVR. During the SD card time, I had access to the doorbell via Google Home and Assistant. Once I got the NVR, it seems I've lost access to the doorbell via Google Home and Assistant. It now says no compatible cameras found. Is this how it's supposed to be? Upgrade storage, lose features? That doesn't seem like a good trade-off...
@reolink-fiona the Android G Drive link is to the wrong file... Also, why isn't the app available in the Galaxy (Samsung) app store?
@bigblue007_631330884632579 It was noted in the firmware release notes that the smart home integration - Alexa and Google Home - would be working once Reolink completed upgrades to their cloud system. So none of the Alexa and Google Home stuff is going to work until that's done.
