@irwin_69708878114 information says it does NOT work with the NVR 16 Channel HW Version H3MB18 is this an error???
@kevin_603403140067368 I agree I have the same exact problem with mounting
@user_639596179759222_639596179759222
Solved my problem this is one camera with 2 lens that both work in parallel.So from 1 camera you get 2 views a wide angle and a zoom in view all in one.
@user_687197543309538_687197543309538 it is a new camera; the alerts can only be setup on the normal wide lens.The camera has 2 lens that both work in parallel.
On the RLC-81MA I wish I could setup smart alerts on the wide lens and telephoto lens for smart alerts at the same time.The telephoto lens when people waking in that area is so clear I bet smart detection would work really far away.That way when a recording is done for a event it would help me locate people walking further away that today are not detected on the wide lens.
+1. This is a real need.
Not sure if this answers your question or not but this is what I do.You can access the NVR by entering in the IP address on any browser in your home.You can install the windows app on any PC to access it alsoYou can install the IOS or Andriod APP on any smartphone to access it as well.
My 2 cents is if you are buying all new just get the smart people recognition 4K cameras they work great. You get then setup only people/vehicle recording which takes very little space. Or also motion detect recording which with a 4TB hard drive and 8 cameras will give you a solid 2 weeks
I believe if you have the newest version of the NVR HW (units that support smart people/vehicle detection) then the max is 6TB per interface. So if you have 2 internal SATA drives on the 16 channel you can put 6TB + another 6TB tghen they have an external SATA you can put another 6TB. But 6TB seems to be the limit of the HD.If you use recording with motion dectect and not record all the time when nothing is moving with 6TB yo uget about a month recording depending on the motion at your prememsis more or less.So myself I added a second so I have 12TB and get well over 2 months recording.If all my camera were smart and set to only record people/cars then I bet I would get 4 months of storage.
I see the same problem the export and import of the configuration files is gone.I like to backup my config in case I have a HW issue and need to replace my NVR, I miss that capability
This wording confused me as well and should be changed.the older version of the 8 channel NVR said something likeSHUTDOWN COMPLETEIT IS NOW SAFE TO TURN THE POWER OFF
Where can I buy only the newest HW rev of the RLN8-410 with the N2MB02 so I can use my RLC-1220A in 12MP 4096X3072 resolutuion. Right now I have the RLN-410E whitch is the older HW.I just want to but the new NVR, I already have a 4TB hard drive I can re-use and have the Reolink cameras alreadyWhen you order a NVR today on Amazon you are not guaranteed to get the latest HW.How can I order it to ensure I only get the newest HW revision and if possible without the hard Drive
my suggestion is look in the 2 areas the way these have the setting can be a bit confusing.Check the sensitivity it is related to the 4 times in a day. If you have the sensitivity way down then that may cause it.Check on the trigger events to record and make sure it is set for every hour, that also has a time depandancy
Just figured out the fix...Did a hard reset on iPhone and now the APP works fine again on LTE...Apple IOS bug....
I just recently go a IOS update on my phone and ipad.this seems to correlate with a problem I now see.The IOS app can't connect when on 4G LTE but works fine on any WiFi connection.Example is you go to coffee show on wifi you connect fine.If you turn off WiFi the app cant connect.If you use a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot in WiFi mode the APP works fine.the second you turn off the WiFi hotspot and iphone goes back to LTE you cant connect to the NVR anymore.I am using a NVR not sure if the same problem happens when going directly to the ip camera
White random halo's when view night vision
Thanks. I thought that too initially but the camera is free of any spider webs and it had only been installed for a few hours prior. I did another examination and can’t see any spider webs. I thought perhaps there was some clear protective film over the lens that I hadn’t removed but no sign of that either.
