Tech support is amazing and they sent me new firmware to test out so far so good

Hey guys, I upgraded from a 4k lorex system and love my reolink system but one feature I miss and maybe I'm just not seeing it. But my lorex software allowed me to go to a day and highlight a grid and it would only show me movement in that area vs the triggered area.
Does reolink do this?

@reolinkshayla there is no playback bar to slide it foward or rewind like the other app.

So reolink got back to me and said to use pan and tilt and I did the test.. still won't track under the unit unless I wave.

So it tracks perfectly side to side bit won't track if some one is under it? I have a buddy with the same camera it tracks perfectly below? What's up with this

Time Lapse with my new 4k Trackmix POE

I got a 10mp system with 4 cameras and they come with a B5K cameras 4 of them.  I also added a trackmix poe and the poe doorbell. I was able to update everything but the 4 cameras. I cant find their software anywhere. What is the the firmware currently for the B5K cameras?

I am running this on Catalina and Ventura and when download clips from the cut and download like picking a 5 hour block.. it goes though the whole download and gets to 99.99% and just stalls and then crashes
