Hi,We have done the test here and we were able to add a Argus camera to Mac client which means they are compatible now. When you try to add a camera to Client, Client will access server first to obtain some related information about the camera. It will show failed if camera can not obtain the information. Why it failed to obtain information? It might be the firewall settings on your router caused this. Please have a look. The other reason is that you might enter the wrong UID. Like entering "O" into "0" or "D" into "0". Please double confirm~
There is a little bit problem for your operation. We can only find the camera when it’s in the same local network as your router. Or it couldn’t be searched. Please try to add it by entering the UID of it. Please refer to the link below to add it to the Mac client to see whether it works after that.https://reolink.com/faq/add-argus-reolink-client-mac-os/
Thank you very much for being interested in this! You may seek the help of our technical support to see whether they can find any information about you:) Our support email is support@reolink.com
I'll feedback this to out R&D and they'll evaluate this. Hope they'll add this feature to our Client and App in the future. Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion!
That's the correct way listed by @mjdales1. That's where you may change the sensitivity:)
It's glad to hear that you have solved the problem now! What about the battery issue? Do you keep your camera charged all the time via power adapter? Usually, it won't happen like this. Power juice will reduce as time passes by.
Correct. Now it can not be achieved:( However, your valuable suggestion is well-noted. I'll feedback this to our R&D to see whether they can add this feature to it in the future. They'll evaluate. We really appreciate your valued advice!
Yes, correct. Sorry for the mistake I made! I thought you were going to review it on the monitor attached to NVR. So I told you your requirement could be achieved. We are not able to do that on Reolink windows client. Sorry about that!
Sorry that we haven't done tests on embedding camera streaming on public websites, or integration into other smart home softwares (e.g. IFTTT). I'm afraid that the support we can provide regarding this issue is limited. Neither can we provide any perspective on code writing, debugging, integration, etc. We can send you a doc which includes all the available commands for our cameras, which may be of limited use to you.
Yes. NVR can also support fast forward and slow forward when you playback videos. On the monitor of NVR, you may go to opration menu and click om Search on the left side to search for the video you want to replyback. When it's replaying, you'll see some icons on the bottom of the screen. You'll see fast forward and slow forward there by putting the cursor on those icons.
